We like to use prefabrication as we find this allows better quality control and identifies issues early in the process. Less time spent building framing on site also reduces the build time, rework and construction waste.

We select the highest performing materials on the market in order to achieve a high degree of insulation and airtightness. We encourage our clients to select materials and finishes that have a low environmental impact. We understand what works in our local building industry. Our projects use proven construction methods that we have developed alongside our contractors to ensure seamless coordination on site.
